Prices
The prices quoted are inclusive of the currently applicable VAT. Any regulatory changes regarding changes in VAT or other sales taxes will give rise to an adjustment in the dispatch note; product prices may also be subject to change as a result of supplier price list updates. Before placing the purchase order, the consumer is invited to check the final sales price.
Payment Methods
On the site you can pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, POSTEPAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or via your Paypal or Klarna account.
Shipments
Shipping costs are not included in the price and have an additional charge of 5€. Shipping is by GLS courier, with a 24-hour delivery time and a 48-hour turnaround time. Shipments are made in Italy from Monday to Friday. All creations are shipped in their respective gift bags.
Right of withdrawal
Aleva Bijoux assures the possibility of withdrawal in full compliance with the rules provided for the cancellation and return of goods (art. 5 law DL 22 May 1999 - n. 185). The Customer, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the goods (under penalty of forfeiture) must send written notice to Aleva Bijoux, Piazza Mazzini 55/56, 81055 Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE), by registered letter with return receipt. Within ten (10) working days from the date of delivery, the goods must be sent intact and in the original packaging to Aleva Bijoux - Via Petrarca 49 - 80123 Napoli; the shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer and are non-refundable; the products must not have been opened or damaged, the Customer remains responsible in case of loss or damage of the goods for the return shipment. Upon verification of the correct execution of the right of withdrawal, the amount relating to the returned products (net of shipping costs incurred for delivery) shall be refunded to the Customer by bank transfer.
Conditions of Return
According to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, which regulates the right of withdrawal, the customer who has purchased from Aleva Bijoux and is not fully satisfied with the product received, may return it or request a replacement within 7 days of receipt.
Product replacement
The cost of shipping one or more replacement products shall be borne by the customer.
Type of returns not permitted
Returns are not permitted for customised or made-to-order articles.
Acceptance of Returns
Aleva Bijoux accepts returns only if the following conditions are met: - 1) each article must be returned intact, without signs, abrasions or stains that would lead to believe that the article has been used; 2) the shipment of the article to be returned is at the Customer's care and expense . In case of damage during transport, Aleva Bijoux will accept the goods with “RESERVE OF CHECK” and will promptly inform the Customer for the relative complaint to the carrier; for compensation Aleva Bijoux is not responsible for damages, theft or loss of goods sent without insurance.
Customer Obligations
The Customer undertakes, once the “online” purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which, however, shall be deemed accepted with the completion of the purchase contract, as well as the specifications of the product purchased, in order to fully comply with the conditions of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. The Customer releases Aleva Bijoux from any responsibility deriving from the issue of incorrect fiscal documents due to incorrect data entered by the same.

Modalities of withdrawal
Before collecting the parcel, we recommend the Customer to always check that the quantity of packages being delivered corresponds to the quantity indicated on the delivery receipt and to verify the integrity of the packaging. The Customer must dispute damages directly to the courier by writing “RESERVE OF CHECK” on the receipt to be signed by the courier and promptly inform our Customer Service by writing to info@aleva bijoux.it For force majeure events (strikes, transport interruptions or delays, server downtime, etc.) that may prevent a regular order handling, Aleva Bijoux relieves itself from any responsibility towards the Customer, who shall not be entitled to any compensation for any damage, even indirect, suffered by the same.
Tracing
All shipments can be tracked online and the tracking number will be communicated at the time of shipment.
